UAP provides a variety of services
which support its main activities and are dedicated to provide flexible
assistance whenever possible. These include:

Office of the President and Vice-Chancellor: The staff in the
Office of the President & Vice-Chancellor are responsible for:
The provision of administrative and executive support for the President &
Vice-Chancellor and organising major ceremonial occasions and the hosting of
events by the senior officers of the UAP.

Office of the Registrar & Secretary: The principal activities of the Registrar and Secretary and his colleagues are:
To provide advice on institutional policies, strategies and tactics;
To secure good communication systems within Central Administration.
In addition the Registrar and Secretary also fulfils the role of Clerk to
the Academy's Governing Body.

International
Relations Division: The Division of International Development is
responsible for co-ordinating the activities of the UAP outside the UK. It
is responsible for:
The implementation of plans and activities overseas and for the conversion
of international students. International Officers act as both country and
academic
managers; thereby providing guidance on international qualifications,
and giving help and advice on all international matters.

Educational
Division: We provide a range of services to meet the diverse
needs of our students and to help staff who are supporting students. We
also deal with procedures to do with appeals, discipline, complaints and
promoting development and innovation in the curriculum.
The Office is made up of:
Academic Advisory Service: offers students information and advice
on matters relating to their their academic work or affecting their
academic progress.
We provide you with advice, information and support in the areas
of learning.
Counseling Service: available to both staff and students.
Student Services Centre: which provides services to students and
staff with a range of services including organising examinations,
registration, graduation, dealing with tuition fees; advising international students on visa and immigration
matters; and issuing official documents to students.

Research
Division: The Research Office is made up for three main areas: Research
Policy, Graduate Education, Research Funding Services.
The Office supports the development and implementation of strategy and
policy for research and graduate education.

Alumni
Division: The Division of Development and Alumni Relations develops
mutually beneficial relationships between the UAP and its former
students. We also manage and co-ordinate the Academy's relationships
with Charitable Trusts, philanthropic benefactors and other individuals
wishing to support the University in a variety of ways. Our activities
include:
Organising alumni events focused around specific Academy priorities.
Negotiating and promoting a wide range of both Academy-based and
commercial benefits and services to alumni.
Running an alumni regular giving programme with a focus on
student-related Academy priorities.
Supporting the development of geographic, subject- and profession-based
alumni branches worldwide working in partnership with us.
Relationship management with senior alumni and other philanthropic
individuals, identifying shared interests and priorities, and providing
a service to help donors maximise the impact of their giving.
